How much is a “ticket package” and what’s included?

For 2024, we're offering three gameday experience options (while supplies last or when sales end):

How do I purchase a ticket?

2024 Family Football Experience ticket sales closed Friday, September 9th at midnight ET.

What if my ticket is located in the visitor's section?

Don't worry! The majority of the stadium will be filled with Carolina fans. Even if your tickets are behind the visiting team's bench, expect to be surrounded by fellow UNC fans and other families participating in the Family Football Experience weekend.

I already have football tickets--how do I purchase a tailgate ticket only?

How many ticket packages can I buy?

Each family can purchase up to 8 ticket packages.

Should I include my Carolina student(s) in that desired number of ticket packages?

If you want your student to receive a meal, go to the pre-game tailgate experience, and sit with you at the game, then YES include them in that purchase.

If your student prefers to do their own thing that weekend, they may certainly work with the student rules for obtaining a student ticket. Learn more about Student Ticketing at goheels.com/news/2015/5/26/210108788.aspx.

Are there any refunds?

No. To best prepare for this event we cannot offer refunds. We will follow Carolina Athletics’ Football Ticket policy for events that might impact the game happening. Click HERE to view this information, including rules regarding delays, cancelations, or postponements.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event date as well as your ticket package selection(s) at the time of checkout. All ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be given after ticket(s) have been purchased, including tickets that have been lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or forgotten.

I bought my ticket packages, now I have questions about what to expect. Who do I contact for support?

The meal and pre-game entertainment are coordinated by RevelXP. Email [email protected] .

When & how will I receive my tickets after I purchase them?

Expect your digital tickets sent via email prior to the event date. Tickets are sent to the email you used when purchasing your tickets. Tickets will come from [email protected] . I purchased a ticket with a concession voucher. How will that be delivered to me?

Your concession vouchers will come to you via email from Carolina Athletics. It is a digital download that you can add to your mobile device's digital wallet.

Where can I use my voucher in Kenan Stadium?

If you purchased an upper level + concession voucher ticket, you can use that at designated concession stands in the stadium. This list will be sent to you by Carolina Athletics with your voucher.

Alcohol cannot be purchased with the included voucher.

What time is the football game?

Kick-off times are announced ~7-14 days prior to game day. This is due to TV contracts and out of our control. Stay tuned to goheels.com.

Where will my seats be located?

Purchasing this ticket/package will provide you with a ticket in the designated upper or lower level. You are guaranteed to sit with your party (your number of tickets purchased will be grouped together). The Fevo ticketing tool will place folks in the upper or lower level in the best seats available depending on when you purchased your tickets. The earlier your purchase will mean a priority consideration for the best available seats at that time.

I need wheelchair-accessible seating. How can I request that?

Can I request specific seats if I know someone else attending the game?

Seats will be assigned as tickets are purchased. FEVO is unable to accommodate specific seating requests.

Where should I park on game day?

Visit UNC's Football Event Parking Website for both Pre-Paid Game-Day Parking options (recommended) and general public parking on game-day information.

I see that Carolina Family Weekend is a separate weekend. Which event should I attend?

This is completely up to you and your family. You may decide to do both! In addition to other programming, we typically host a watch party for the away football game (schedule permitting). Stay tuned to your email and the UNC Family Experience portal for more information about that weekend – uncfamilies.campusesp.com.
